Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Bike to the Beach service provider partner?
A service provider partner is a local organization that joins the Bike to the Beach community to support autism and disability nonprofit partners, engage staff and families, and build visibility through event participation, outreach, and community connection.
Who can become a service provider partner?
The program is a fit for therapy providers, schools, clinics, recreation programs, family support organizations, disability service providers, wellness organizations, and other groups that serve or support individuals with autism and other disABILITIES.
How does local fundraising support families?
Bike to the Beach events are built around local impact. Funds raised in a region help support nonprofit partners and programs serving that area, including community services, recreation, therapy, education, family support, and inclusion-focused programs.
Do partners need to be cyclists?
No. Partners can participate by forming a team, inviting staff and families to ride or volunteer, sharing the event with their community, supporting fundraising, or connecting with families and nonprofit partners during the event season.
What is included in the free provider partner option?
The Community Provider Partner option gives organizations a no-cost way to begin participating, show support for the autism and disability community, and access partner opportunities such as visibility and team participation.
How do organizations get started?
Organizations can request the partnership packet, review the provider partner options, and contact Bike to the Beach to choose the level of participation that fits their team and community goals.
