Refunds/Exchanges
These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
Membership: We will refund your membership or ride fee in full within three (3) days if you are dissatisfied. Please contact Info@BiketotheBeach.org if you require an membership refund for any reason.
Merchandise: Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or to any US location within 10 days of original purchase date.
To return by mail, simply box up the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and follow the mailing instructions below.
Bike to the Beach requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive a mail check.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any Bike to the Beach purchase by mail:
- Email Info@BiketotheBeach.org to alert Bike to the Beach of the defect or reason for return.
- Make a copy of your sales receipt.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning on one of the receipts and include with the return.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by writing such information on the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate such information on the back of the receipt.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
